This site is located at the Field Research Facility of the Coastal Engineering Research Center, part of the Army Corps of Engineers. Duck facilities include such amazing marvels as the Pier, the Crab, the Larc, and the crane, ummm, I mean, SIS.

The camera is installed at the top of a 100 foot tower, looking north. It was installed in Jan., 1993.
