Here is what NOAA reports our wind is doing out at the Cape Blanco Lighthouse, about 4 miles northwest of us.

Where we are located (click for map!) is only about 47 mins (34 miles) south of world famous, Scottish Links-Style Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Three of America's top 10 Golf Courses are already located there and a fourth world-class course is under development and will be opening in 2010...

After 40 years in Port Orford, Brenda & I are retiring and are now offering to sell our real estate as a home.. Last Summer we purchased a 2BR condo in Vancouver, Washington and have been gradually moving into it ever since. To get ready to sell and move into a much smaller place, we have been having Garage Sales and listing some of our favorite stuff on Craigslist. Currently we have a Sylvia Sewing Cabinet Set (Sewing and Serger and Corner); a Leclerc Weavers Bench; a Danish Dining Table with two folding/detachable leaves listed.
